The terms and conditions that apply when you use Greasely.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Greasely website and workshop management platform (together, the "Service"), operated by Greasely ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Greasely is a workshop management platform for auto repair businesses, covering job management, scheduling, invoicing, customer communication, and related features depending on your plan.
To use the Service you must register for an account with accurate information. New accounts start on a free 2-week trial with full access; unless you choose otherwise, the trial automatically continues on the applicable Standard plan pricing once it ends. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, interfering with its normal operation, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content.
You retain ownership of the customer, vehicle, job, and business data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data. We process Your Data on your behalf in order to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Greasely and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding outside of what's needed to use the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greasely will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
